VYG - Youth Consecration
Every moment of every day, we make decisions. Sometimes those decisions are small and inconsequent, and sometimes those decisions are for life. In the end, though, the outcome of your day, your year, and your entire life are mostly defined by the sum of decisions you make and the actions that you take along the way. There's power in making a decision - even when you're not completely sure that it's the right one. I promise you that once you realize the incredible impact that making decisions can have, you can truly begin to live your best life. In the opportunity, on the 1st of November - Sunday, we had the Youth Consecration and in addition our Bishop shared a message about the importance of making choices. "I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live." Deuteronomy 30:19

UCKG - Community Outreach 2020
UCKG Volunteers made a community outreach on 26 December 2020 in Light House, Chennai. Engaging with our local communities by offering our services is a way to improve circumstances after this pandemic. We donated clothes, toys and food for over 500 people. Along with these contributions, we offered services like basic health check up, facials, hair styling, and manicure. Children were offered sweet candy, popcorn, and toys.
It was our pleasure to see that people enjoyed and gave their feedback that they wanted us to do this work again.

UCKG - Night Angels 2021
On February 26, 2021, Our Night Angels group went to Marina Beach to provide aid to those who were in need. We were happy to help those who were suffering from addictions, depression, suicidal thoughts, and those who lack guidance. We offered advice and showed them that there are other options in life using our life testimonies. We offered them food and also gave support for those who want.
Caleb - Special Meeting
On February 27, 2021, We had our February month’s Caleb Event in Perambur. In this opportunity, the best age people were gathered together to receive the Word of God to strengthen their faith. They learned once again how to focus on their Salvation. Following the Spiritual Food, Caleb also had a lot of fun and lunch together.
UCKG Social Work - Bible Donation
On February 27th, Saturday 2021, Unisocial - a group of Volunteers of the Universal Church who are helping the people with their prayers and counseling, has reached these beautiful people in Konnor High Road colony, Ayanavaram, one of the sub-areas of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, by gifting them with a Bible for them to know the Truth.
Amongst most of them never read the Word of God in their entire life while some others even having the desire to read but did not have the opportunity to get it.
On receiving the Bible, many were very happy because they never had an opportunity to get a Bible for them as they were from different backgrounds. So they embraced this chance willingly for them to invest in themselves.
We have distributed approximately 50 Bibles to this community.
This day was a blessing as the Word of God was given to them as a seed sowed in a land; I am sure that this seed will grow and give fruits soon or later because the one who gives the growth is the Master of the Harvest. Indeed, there is no other precious gift someone can receive than the word of God. Because it will lead everyone on the path of salvation to find our Savior Lord Jesus.
Church Services - 2021
People attending UCKG services where they learn how to use their faith and how to pray effectively inorder to achieve what they want in their lives. They also receive guidance and support on how to improve their way of life in all the aspects. Above all, we provide spiritual advice which is much needed to be close to God and directs them to invest in their spiritual growth achieving Salvation. All are welcome regardless of age, gender, background or beliefs.
VYG - Meet
It is not because someone is smiling that he / she is happy. It seems obvious, but we need to talk about it. There is a lot of faces with a smile which is not genuinely happy. And that's the problem because being happy is important and we guarantee that it is possible. That is precisely why we meet every weekend to talk about a possible life change.
Caleb - Health & Nutrition
Today we had our Caleb event about our health and nutrition. We Spoke about the body, the mind and the soul. A medical advice on dental care was provided as well as some dental hygienic product. We also provided some fruits and explained the importance of a balance diet. Finally we gave the water that is the most important thing that we need to live same as the Holy Spirit. Finally we seek the Holy Spirit.
Social Work - Tea Distribution
UCKG India has reached out to people around one of the prestigious government hospitals in the suburbs of Chennai. Our main goal for social welfare is to focus on people of all ages by giving them a cup of tea with a smile and a word of encouragement. Helping and caring for poor people is a good deed.
"for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me". And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, in as much as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.' (Matthew 25:35-40)
